FPL FiberNet also earned another “best in class” honor for its billing services, which were judged for accuracy, timeliness and the ability to resolve customer questions.
The awards, presented by ATLANTIC – ACM, a leading provider of strategic research and consulting services, recognize telecommunications carriers based on evaluations provided by their wholesale and business clients.
