Network Operations Center

FPL FiberNet’s Network Operations Center (NOC) provides 24 x 7 network monitoring and proactive maintenance to detect and prevent potential hazards that can interrupt your service. Using state of the art technology, our NOC is equipped to identify and resolve potential problems before they arise.

In the event of a severe storm, our customers can be assured that FPL FiberNet will be available to address any network issues that may arise. With a robust storm preparedness and recovery plan that includes a back-up NOC at a geographically diverse location, you can depend on us.

Field Operations

FPL FiberNet employs dedicated restoration field technicians throughout Florida enabling rapid response to conditions in the field. This group of highly, trained technical experts helps ensure that our customers receive superior service and reliability.

Provisioning

Our Provisioning Department is dedicated to delivering circuit orders in a timely and accurate manner. We recognize the importance for customers to know the status of their orders. Information is readily available about your order prior to delivery which allows you, our customer, to complete each segment of your circuit in a coordinated manner.

Circuit testers are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST to assist with end-to-end testing. The testing department can be reached at: 786-845-7245 or 786-845-7257.
