Erin Norton-Smith

Erin Norton-Smith joined FPL FiberNet as director of sales in the early part of 2007. She is responsible for leading and managing the sales team. Her responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining customer relationships and serving as the customer advocate for initiatives within the organization.

Prior to joining FPL FiberNet in 2007, Norton-Smith served in senior sales and sales management positions with Verizon Wireless, Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies. She began her telecommunications career in 1986 at Cincinnati Bell/Cincinnati Bell Information Systems in Chicago.

Norton-Smith earned a bachelor of science degree in business analysis from Indiana University-Bloomington. She holds numerous certificates and awards for sales skills and performance achievement.
