Director, Customer Relations and Market Data
April Reynolds was appointed to her position at FPL FiberNet early in 2007 and is responsible for customer care, provisioning, pricing and analysis as well as marketing and communications.
Prior to joining FPL FiberNet, Reynolds held several leadership positions with Florida Power & Light Company (FPL). During her tenure at FPL, she managed numerous functions for FPL’s customer service organization, including customer care, customer billing and revenue recovery. Additionally, she has led planning and analytical groups at FPL.
Reynolds also played an active role in FPL’s quality improvement efforts, facilitating priority deployment, analytical problem solving and process management activities. She is a Six Sigma “Green Belt.”
